For over 25 years, Alfredo has worked at the intersection of education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship. He began his career as a public school teacher in the South Bronx and was named Teacher of the Year in 2002-2003 by the Office of the Superintendent of Bronx High Schools. Today, Alfredo is the Founder and CEO of SPCC.1, the world’s first Shared Prosperity Community Corporation—a new kind of economic infrastructure designed to help communities consolidate small businesses, deliver shared services, and access multi-million dollar contracts and growth capital.
